Facilitating a half-day retreat with the Leadership Council of Crosby Scholars.

These are 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th graders learning about how to be better leaders. We explored their DiSC styles. We talked about their self aware ness and the impact their style may have on others. We explored the adjustments they would need to make to lead other styles effectively while avoiding conflict. We also discussed how to communicate with other styles given a specific situation.

This was a very exciting day to grow high schoolers.
